Hamilton Zanze, a leading real estate investment firm headquartered in San Francisco, disclosed the sale of its Boise property, Arbor Crossing. Having executed major modernizations over its six-year ownership period, the firm ended the sale of the 229-unit residential community in December 2023.
Hamilton Zanze, which specializes in the ownership and management of multifamily residences nationwide, gained Arbor Crossing in 2017, located conveniently alongside the Boise River Greenbelt. Significant capital improvements were made before wrapping up the sale on December 14th.
The productive makeover initiatives encompassed enhancements to common areas, the leasing office, and individual residential units. Hamilton Zanze also executed several exterior restorations and even introduced a new fitness center. These upgrades targeted both the enrichment of resident living experience and the boost in operational efficiency.
'The divestment of Arbor Crossing has left us extremely satisfied,' expressed Anthony Ly, Hamilton Zanze’s senior director of transactions. 'Our strategic management and completion of different capital upgrade ventures have generated robust returns for our investors, leading to a successful exit.'
Constructed in 1992, Arbor Crossing is placed at 5122 W Stoker Lane, offering one, two, and three-bedroom residences with an average area of 930 square feet. The properties are replete with private terraces or balconies, fully appointed kitchens, large walk-in closets, outdoor storage units, and more. The community accessorizes its living spaces with facilities like a fitness center, business hub, swimming pool, daycare, playground, and an assortment of other amenities.
The residential community boasts its closeness to Silver Lake and its prompt access to Downtown Boise, courtesy of its strategic position on the Greenbelt. The location also favors commuting to leading area employers, including Micron Technologies, St. Luke's Boise Medical Center, J.R. Simplot, and Boise State University, to name a few.
The trade of Arbor Crossing serves as the 11th sale for Hamilton Zanze in 2023.
